So Money... Money is more than just food and shelter! Money is a heart issue. Money is a support system.

People that say money cant buy happiness is talking absolute B.S!

So for me I came from a background where we had- 'just enough'. We had enough to get by and occasionally went on holiday so when my mum recently said to me- its not all about money.. shes not wrong because this is her belief and how she has been brought up.

However I now Know and BELIEVE that money is here to SUPPORT us, whether that be to support us in paying our rent- because without money how do we keep a roof over our heads. Money recently help us acquire a NEW CAR so we could support ourselves in getting our children to childcare.

But most of all Money provides OPPORTUNITY. An opportunity to help and serve others.

For me I want to help create orphanages and provide equipment to hospitals. Having had a long career as a neonatal nurse and a paediatric nurse- babies and young children has always been a huge passion of mine and my purpose in life is to have a huge impact on giving these children the best start in lives. For example- some children do not get adopted because of undiagnosed medical conditions that there has been no funding for to have investigations undertaken. Premature babies have died because of lack of equipment and facilities in the less fortunate countries. Or in the UK- mums of young babies have to go home overnight and leave their babies in hospital because there isnt a bed space right next to the cot because there isnt enough funding to create these new facilities. 

This is where money comes in. Yes its great to have money to create experiences for our children which makes us feel good, gives our children amazing life experiences but working and creating money for a bigger purpose is what fills my soul! Without the financial backing- charities cant be supported, these facilities can not be built.

I am not a greedy person for wanting more money to support and serve others! My immediate purpose in life is to get the power of money into good hearted people because together we can change the world and together we can change lives!!

Outreach Moldova (ORM) was set up by a Dublin based Irish Medical Doctor in 2000 who had traveled to Moldova as part of a Humanitarian Aid trip to multiple orphanages and residential institutions. On returning to Ireland she decided to set up an organisation that would provide more practical ongoing services to the most vulnerable children living in state care. The children have been abandoned or orphaned; all had a special or extra need and were in serious need of a multidisciplinary approach towards their care and their lives. We have had the privilege of supporting thousands of children in need throughout Moldova.

There is a huge movement worldwide to reduce the numbers of children being left behind in orphanages and progress is being made, including in Moldova. Progress is slower for those who who already live within the State Institutions, especially for those who have extra or special needs. It is our belief that every child should have access to essential care, medical care, rehabilitation services, education, social & all available supports at each stage of their development. Their very existence demands just that. ORM provides these professional services which make all the difference in the daily health and happiness of these very vulnerable children.
